Can I get contact information while the phone is still ringing?

Yes! You can download the echo Windows Client for that. After you have logged in with your Microsoft account, echo will display a popup next to the official Teams popup with information about the calling person.

Does echo search for contacts in shared mailboxes?

Yes! echo can search for contacts in shared mailboxes. You can connect the shared mailboxes in the settings under Settings → Microsoft 365 → Shared Mailboxes.

Good to knowYou need to have at least read access to the shared mailbox you're adding.

Why is my Abacus connection not working?

Please check the following:

Make sure you have set up the API connection with the official Abacus marketplace entry.
Check that your Abacus user has permissions for the needed API scopes. The user must have at least the following scopes: Read/Write Subjects, Read Connections, Read Projects, Read Service Orders. You can assign the permissions in the User Management in Abacus.
Try to reconnect your Abacus user connection in Settings → Abacus → User Connection.
